FARMER MARKET

The Agricultural Cooperative in Bibione groups eight local agricultural farms and is an interesting production activity.

The grocery store, situated at the town entrance, sells its own fresh and genuine products. You can also find East Venetian agri-food products such as Lison Pramaggiore DOC and DOCG wines, cheese and honeys.
The Agricultural Cooperative grows most vegetables and fruit: strawberries, peaches, melons, watermelons, asparagus, cucumbers, peppers, beans and green beans, tomatoes, salad and radicchio.

The sandy and sapid grounds are the ideal place for the White Asparagus cultivation, which is grown from the beginning of March till late Spring. The excellence achieved in this particular vegetable production is celebrated every year with the Festa dell’Asparago at the end of April.
