We are convinced that only small daily attentions can preserve the beauty and vitality of our land.

In particular:
- Differentiated waste collection: we support the differentiated waste collection and recycling programmes;
- Reduction of water consumption: faster flushes have been installed in 90%of our rooms;
- Reduction of pollutants: we ask our guests to help us in environmental care : you can avoid throwing away towels and bathrobes which can be still used;
- Use of chemical-free food (biological and non-genetically modified); 
- Use of low energy bulbs and devices;
- Emphasis on the gastronomic characteristics of our land by choosing for our daily menu those regional dishes and foods which respect season products;
- Promotion of cycle path use by granting a free rental bike service:
- Reduction of noise pollution and promotion of socially respectful behaviours.

The environmental care can be really successful only with the cooperation of everyone, also our guests.
